I'm so sad for you about Zoey. I often walk my Daisy "by moonlight" recently so your line...oh my. May you find strength and comfort. It's so hard to let a dog go.
My husband and I have said that too, that, hard as it is, at least dogs don't have to keep suffering when all that is left is pain.
And yes, so many political issues that will affect us and those love.
