I sure understand why you don't have more time! I'm amazed you have any! Having twins of any age really eats up a lot of time, and I know your husband's medical issues also make things challenging. About a year ago, we hit a point where my husband was recovering from his second major bone breakage/surgery in 2 years, and it slightly bumped out the third one we were expecting. I went into a pretty dark hole of being overwhelmed when that happened. :(

I hope the rest of the year brings you good food and fun and enough time for some more vacations/adventures!
